Skin Care Sales Agent Needed

As a Glow Agent at Perfec-Tone, your primary role is to drive sales, meet established sales goals and quotas, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your task is to guide our customers on their skincare journey, fostering trust with our target demographic and inspiring them to invest in their skincare journey with Perfec-Tone. You will serve as a brand ambassador, embodying our core values of responsiveness, efficiency, proactivity, punctuality, and thoroughness (REP P.T.).

Sales Outcomes First

  • Convert qualified walk‑ins and consultations into paid orders same‑day.

  • Lead with a high‑ticket plan. Down‑shift only after an objection is resolved.

  • Ask for the sale explicitly and capture payment before closing the interaction.

  • Hit weekly revenue and close‑rate targets; bring two actions weekly to lift results.

Sales, Quotas, and KPI Accountability

  • Hit weekly quotas for conversion, AOV, items per ticket, bundle rate, add‑on attach, and pre‑book rate.

  • Follow approved offers and claims. Use GREAPF tone and required follow‑ups to reduce reopens.

  • Log outcomes and review the Glow Agent KPI/Metrics weekly; bring two personal actions to close gaps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction and Service:

    • Engage with customers to provide information on Perfec-Tone products and services, resolve issues, and handle complaints professionally.

    • Be proactive in assisting customers by suggesting appropriate products or services based on their needs.

    • Coordinate with Skin Magicians to optimize schedules and manage reservations.

    • Ensure proper client sign-in procedures are followed for all appointments.

    • Initiate customer callbacks to maintain client relationships.

    • Send detailed reservation confirmations to clients via WhatsApp or Phone.

  • Tech Tools and Administrative Duties:

    • Manage reservation systems effectively and accurately, double-book unconfirmed reservations, mainly before noon.

    • Monitor Gorgias for store-related support, including reservation requests and relevant location queries.

    • Maintain current information on Perfec-Tone services in Fresha, ensuring customer reservations are marked as “No-Show” or “Complete” after the service time.

    • Ensure every customer leaving has a follow-up reservation.

    • Prepare client files needed for the following day's appointments.

    • Organize and archive client files at the end of each business day for easy accessibility.

    • Post WhatsApp status updates to enhance brand presence.

  • Sales and Product Knowledge:

    • Proactively engage in product education, learning about new products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

    • Boost sales by suggesting appropriate add-ons or alternatives where necessary.

    • Confirm any additional services (e.g., waxes) the customer would like to receive when making reservations.

    • Execute business transactions with precision and attention to detail.

  • Brand Ambassadorship:

    • Serve as a brand ambassador for Perfec-Tone, embodying the brand’s mission and values in all customer interactions.

  • Store Maintenance and Inventory Management:

    • Conduct daily cash count and accurately record amounts in an Excel spreadsheet.

    • Perform inventory counts and document product levels on Inventory Requisition Sheets.

    • Keep the station and common areas clean and well-organized, ensuring proper sanitation and cleanliness during downtime between deep cleanings.

  • Financial Duties:

    • Perform end-of-day cash reconciliation, cross-check figures with Shopify records, and complete Excel spreadsheets accurately.

    • Forward end-of-day reconciliation sheets promptly to accounts@lautieer.com.

  • Cross-Functional Support:

    • Assist Skin Magicians with escalated skincare support required during downtime and with customer check-outs when needed.

    • Coordinate with Skin Magicians for optimal scheduling and manage overlapping services during busy times.

  • Compliance:

    • Adhere to all instructions provided by management, maintaining a professional and presentable appearance per company guidelines.

    • Adhere to new protocols for appointment booking and managing no-shows, helping to implement the new scheduling optimization processes.

Brand Integration

As a Glow Agent, you'll embody our core values and mission, engaging our target demographic through our personalized three-step skincare regimen. This involves selling products and educating customers about the value of our offerings, fostering loyalty to our brand.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail sales role is preferred, ideally in skincare or beauty products.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.

  • Adherence to company values and brand messaging.
