Job Summary: The Visual Marketing Associate plays a key role in supporting the execution of marketing, branding, and communication initiatives across our wholesale and retail divisions. This role requires a strong background in graphic design, social media management, and public relations. This role will also contribute strategically to brand development. The Visual Marketing Associate will work closely with internal departments, vendors and the Marketing Manager to deliver engaging campaigns that enhance our market presence and drive business growth. Duties & Responsibilities: Design marketing collateral including flyers, banners, in-store signage, catalogs, and digital ads. Support seasonal campaigns and product promotions through high-quality graphic content. Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials. Develop and manage social media content across platforms. Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels. Monitor, respond to, and report on social media engagement. Track analytics of social media pages and recommend improvements to increase reach and performance to the Marketing Manager. Ensure timelines, deliverables, and approvals are met in collaboration with vendors. Gather data on customer behavior and market trends to inform marketing decisions. Maintain a calendar of marketing activities and track deliverables and deadlines. Collect and analyze campaign data to assess performance and ROI. Prepare monthly performance reports (social media, design output, promotions). Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness. Assist with public relations activities, including drafting announcements, supporting media communications, coordinating content for public-facing messages, and helping maintain strong brand reputation across customer and community touchpoints. Skills and Educational Requirements: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field; OR Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a marketing or coordination role. Advanced capability in graphic design software (preferred- Adobe Creative Suite). Demonstrated expertise in social media platform management. Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking. Familiarity with email marketing tools and content management systems (CMS). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated initiative and creative thinking, with a solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail.
