POSITION SUMMARY:
The Merchandising Clerk will be primarily responsible for accurately gathering relevant documentation and processing all import fees through Import App Software and SUS Systems. In addition to core responsibilities, this role will also provide backup support to the Merchandising Analytics Manager, Pricing and Agreements Coordinator and Merchandising Admin, helping maintain operational continuity during peak periods, absences, or special projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accurately enter all relevant import fees into Import App Software, ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and compliant.
Keep abreast of all tariff and duty changes and ensure that duty structures are kept current.
Cross reference SUS system to ensure that information flows between systems accurately and troubleshoot any concerns.
