Baha Mar's Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the procurement team by monitoring inventory sales and gross profits, creating and distributing reports, assisting with orders, and providing general administrative and data-entry assistance. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: •Manage travel arrangements for the team, both domestically and internationally, including air, hotel, and ground transportation •Assist with the preparation and submittal of the fiscal year budget •Coordinate and prepare for meetings and conference calls, including arrangement of logistics, meeting space, communications, and catering •Prepare memoranda, letters, proposals, and other documents •Provide support through copying, faxing, and mailing as requested by team members •Provide assistance for graphics, reports, proposals, and other documents as requested •Develop and maintain files to include invention disclosures, patents, confidentiality,...
