Loveable App Developer

Job / Advertisement Description

We are designing a next-generation leadership journey, not a traditional training programme. As part of this experience, we want to create a Loveable-based web app that allows participants to complete three structured self-assessments aligned to the programme’s core pillars: 1. Clarity 2. Insights 3. Pathways Each assessment combines Likert-scale questions and open-ended reflection prompts, and culminates in a visual, personalised dashboard that: 1. Summarises participant responses 2. Identifies leadership patterns and themes 3. Offers insightful interpretive prompts 4. Suggests reflection questions and “what next” actions We are currently seeking an experienced Loveable developer to consult with us, helping us understand: 1. What is realistically possible within Loveable today 2. Recommended architecture and data structures 3. Visualisation and dashboard capabilities 4. Development effort, timeline, and cost 5. Trade-offs between MVP vs future-ready design This is not a consumer quiz or lightweight self-assessment - the tone and experience must reflect depth, credibility, and professionalism. What We Want the App to Do 1. Assessment Flow: Three distinct assessments (Clarity, Insights, Pathways) 2. Mix of Likert-scale and open-text questions 3. Save progress and allow return visits 4. Profile & Dashboard: Visual summaries of responses (charts, indicators, patterns) and Clear narrative interpretation (not just raw scores) 5. Insight prompts that explain what this profile suggests 6. Reflection and action prompts for “what to do next” 7. Administrative back end to review and export data (completion rates, trends etc). User Experience - Calm, premium, leadership-oriented feel - Journey-based framing rather than “test completion” - Clear separation between the three modules while maintaining a unified profile We are looking for someone who: 1. Has hands-on experience building in Loveable.dev 2. Can think strategically and architecturally, not just technically 3. Is comfortable advising on feasibility, trade-offs, and best-practice design 4. Understands UX for professional / leadership / assessment-based products 5. Can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical founders To Apply, Please Include 1. A brief overview of your experience with Loveable.dev 2. Examples of similar apps, dashboards, or assessment tools you’ve worked on 3. How you typically approach consultation and scoping before building 4. Any initial thoughts or questions you already have about this concept
