The IT Manager is responsible for managing the Company’s IT infrastructure as well as developing, maintaining and securing all networks, hardware, software, database, information, CCTV and telephone systems.
Manage information technology and computer systems in the company.
Ensure security of data, network access, and schedule Back-Up system.
Act in alignment with company needs on system functionality to contribute to efficient work in the technology area.
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
Manage IT staff and appraising their performance.
Install and/or upgrade the company’s applications and operating system software and fix as necessary or as specified.
Maintain all proper connections (towers, antennas, wireless radios, etc.) that are company operated.
Clean and check all computer and network equipment on a regular basis.
Ensure the proper functioning of all technology equipment, servers, and network.
Create and regularly update a master list of all company-wide computers and computer equipment.
Inform management immediately of major breakdowns or critical failures.
Keep management up-to-date regarding major projects and issue a bi-weekly report.
Make IT recommendations regarding future technology company needs.
Interact with outside sources and providers as requested in connections and support with software issues.
Establish Company-wide procedures for staff computer use.
Keep all company data and IT information strictly confidential.
Any other position-related duties which the company sees fit.
