Custom chatbot for wordpress website

We are looking for a developer to set up a simple chatbot for our e-commerce website. The chatbot should help us handle basic customer support and enquiries, with a clean and user-friendly flow. Core requirements: Chatbot opens with a simple option: Existing customer support New customer enquiry Users should be able to log in using email or mobile (OTP preferred) Each user should have a unique chat history When users return to the site, they should be able to continue their previous chat Admin/team should be able to view conversations from a dashboard This does not need to be a complex AI system. Rule-based flow with basic automation + human handoff is totally fine. Nice to Have (Optional) CRM or order-ID integration Human takeover option Clean UI matching the website
