Main Duties and Responsibilities:Review and resolution of daily credit reports, including (but not limited to): Denial report, Over the Credit Limit Report, Non-Zero Report.Review the Guest Ledger weekly and resolve open items.Liaise with the Front Desk regarding credit card queries.Liaise with Quality Assurance regarding any revenue-related queries.Liaise with the FLL Accounting Department regarding any revenue-related queries.Respond to credit card inquiries regarding guest accounts and any re
