Main Duties and Responsibilities:Transports food to event functions and locations; set up and monitor assigned stations to ensure food is replenished; removes food from all events at the end of the event and transports to respective areas to break down and store per Manager’s directions.Monitors and maintains cleanliness of utensils, equipment and assigned work areas following sanitation standards.Cleans reach-in and walk-in coolers and walk-in freezers.Stores food items designated to the assign
