Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic system faults
Provide technical support for alarm and security systems
Assist with testing, and maintenance of electronic equipment
Respond to support calls and support requests
Maintain accurate service and repair records
Follow safety standards and technical procedures
Requirements:
Basic qualification or knowledge in electronics
Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams
Strong problem-solving skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Experience with alarm or security systems is an advantage
