Support Assistant (In-Office)

Job / Advertisement Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic system faults

  • Provide technical support for alarm and security systems

  • Assist with testing, and maintenance of electronic equipment

  • Respond to support calls and support requests

  • Maintain accurate service and repair records

  • Follow safety standards and technical procedures

Requirements:

  • Basic qualification or knowledge in electronics

  • Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

  • Experience with alarm or security systems is an advantage
