The position will be responsible for maintaining computer systems (hardware and software) and related proprietary technologies. Reporting to the regional IT Manager, the IT Support Technician will use their professional IT skills to support other IT team members; participate in a rotational on-call schedule, including weekends; and display good interpersonal skills to communicate deftly with customers and other departments. The candidate should also display good problem-solving skills and to ability to work on time-sensitive IT projects, which sometimes require working after hours and on weekends.
