Website Development, Social Media Marketing & AI Automation Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced professional to manage multiple websites covering development, ongoing maintenance, digital marketing, and AI automation. This is a long-term engagement for the right candidate with consistent workload and responsibility. This role requires end-to-end ownership of websites — from technical management to growth and automation. Responsibilities Website Development & Management • Build, manage, and maintain multiple websites (WordPress and/or custom builds) • Ensure site performance, security, backups, and uptime • Handle updates, bug fixes, and feature enhancements • Manage hosting, domains, and technical configurations Digital Marketing • SEO (on-page, technical, basic off-page strategy) • Website optimization for conversions and performance • Integration and management of analytics tools • Support marketing campaigns and landing pages AI Automation & Tools • Automate workflows using AI tools (ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, APIs, etc.) • Implement AI chatbots, content automation, lead handling, and CRM integrations • Identify areas where AI can reduce manual work and improve efficiency • Maintain and optimize existing automations Required Skills & Experience • Strong experience managing multiple websites simultaneously • Solid knowledge of WordPress, hosting environments, and web security • Proven background in SEO and website optimization • Hands-on experience with AI automation tools and workflows • Ability to work independently and proactively • Strong communication and documentation skills Engagement Details • Long-term position • Fixed flat price (non-negotiable) • Ongoing work with performance-based continuity • Remote role
