App Development & Design Based on Existing Specifications

I am looking for a developer who can help me build a mobile app connected to the calendar. The app should be able to: detect events from text messages (e.g., training, meetings), automatically add them to the calendar, notify me about overlapping events, work on both iOS and Android, include AI features (via an API like OpenAI). I am looking for someone experienced with: mobile app development, calendar and notification integrations, working with AI models and APIs, publishing apps on the App Store / Google Play.
