Relevance AI - Build and Setup Some AI Agents

Relevance AI / AI Agent Systems Builder — Ongoing Work (Sales, Admin, Customer Service | Trades Industry) We’re looking for a Relevance AI specialist who can help us build, deploy, and optimise AI agents across multiple business units inside a vertically integrated trades + construction group. This includes marketplace agents, internal assistants, and customer-facing automations. About the Work You will work 1:1 with us to build out our full AI agent roadmap. Immediate priorities include: Sales Agents (lead qualification, quoting assistance, follow-up automation) Admin Agents (job intake, scheduling support, documentation workflows) Customer Service Agents (FAQ handling, progress updates, job management triage) Marketplace-style agents for internal delegation + cross-business task routing Voice agents using Retell AI (call handling, bookings, outbound follow-up) We already have SOPS for several roles — you’ll convert these into high-fidelity agents quickly. You MUST be confident in: Relevance AI (Workflows, agent graphs, memory, actions, API integrations) Building multi-step automations connected to CRM systems Creating structured “assistant agents” from SOPs Designing logic that mirrors real business roles Integrating voice (Retell AI) into existing workflows Working in an agile environment — take instructions, execute, and iterate fast If you understand AI inside trade businesses (plumbing, roofing, electrical, remedial) that’s a bonus — not required, but it will make you a stronger operator.
