Main Duties and Responsibilities:Ensures bar is completely stocked in accordance with established par stock levels to eliminate leaving bar unattended during service.Receives drink orders from customers or wait staff.  Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for customers at bar and dining rooms following standard recipes. Responsible for marrying same beverage products.Rings drinks order into register and receives payment.Orders or requisitions liquors, other beverages and supplies.
