Project Overview
We are looking for an experienced development partner (individual or team) to design, build, and maintain a full SaaS platform that combines offline Point of Sale (POS) capabilities—similar to FreyaPOS
—with online order aggregation and management (similar to Deliverect).
The goal is to build an integrated ERP-style system for restaurants, cafés, and retail operators that unifies all order sources, inventory, and reporting in a single platform.
This is intended to be a long-term partnership, including ongoing support, updates, and maintenance after initial delivery.
Key Functional Requirements
1. POS / In-Store System
In-store sales interface (touch-friendly, tablet-ready)
Order management, table management, split bills
Product catalog, modifiers, price variations
Receipt printing and local hardware integration (printers, cash drawers, etc.)
Offline mode with data synchronization
2. Online Order Aggregation
Integration with major food delivery and marketplace APIs (e.g. Glovo, Wolt, Bolt Food, Uber Eats, etc.)
Unified dashboard for managing online orders
Auto-sync menus and inventory with marketplaces
Real-time order notifications and fulfillment workflow
3. ERP / Back Office
Inventory and supplier management
Staff and user roles, permissions
Reporting and analytics (sales, performance, inventory)
Multi-location support
Cloud-based admin dashboard
4. SaaS Infrastructure
Multi-tenant architecture
Subscription and billing management
Secure user authentication (OAuth2 / SSO optional)
Scalable backend (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

We’re looking for a full-stack team or agency with:
Proven experience in POS or ERP development
Experience with API integrations (delivery platforms, payment gateways, hardware, etc.)
Excellent UI/UX design skills for both desktop and mobile/tablet
Strong English communication
Ability to provide ongoing technical support
