The Business Relationship Manager functions to support and advance business objectives. Additionally will shape business demand by: ensuring value optimization and communication; and enabling continuous improvement in all areas of the organization. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Initiate and develop relationships with clients for business growth. Stay abreast of recent industry trends. Develop and maintain detailed business plans for client projects. Work with management in developing timely solutions for client requirements. Conduct business reviews with clients on periodic basis.
