Boost Health Insurance seeks a mid-level Voice AI Optimization Specialist to maintain and enhance our live ElevenLabs-powered voice AI system that contacts existing customers for policy renewals and follow-ups, as well as recovers incomplete leads for sales conversion. This is a full-time, independent contractor position reporting to our Director of Operations. You'll be responsible for continuously improving our outbound dialing campaigns with a focus on measurable sales outcomes.
