Automate trading strategy and Simulated backtest

I want to automate my trading strategy. I want a MT5 EA or a python script to carry out my trading. I have no preference. Feel free to let me know which way would be best suited for my strategy. To sum up my strategy, i want this system to draw out my support and resistance levels. once price has tapped my levels, i want the system to actively monitor my trades until the conditions have been met and to execute the trade when necessary. I also want this trading strategy to be backtested so that i can see the performance of it. Thank you
