Go High Level CRM Automation & Proposal Integration Specialist

We are a UK-based property services company specialising in damp proofing, mould control and building remedial works. We currently use Go High Level as our CRM and Slack for internal communication. We are looking for an experienced Go High Level specialist to help us improve our quoting and workflow automation. Key objectives: Advise on and implement a professional proposal/quoting system (e.g. PandaDoc, Proposify, or similar) Integrate the quoting system with Go High Level Automate workflows from survey completion to quote sent, accepted, and job won Improve pipeline stages, triggers, and notifications (including Slack) Ensure the system is scalable and easy for admin staff to use Requirements: Proven experience with Go High Level (not basic usage) Strong understanding of CRM workflows and automations Experience integrating third-party quoting/proposal tools Experience using Zapier or similar automation platforms Clear communication and ability to recommend best practices Nice to have: Experience working with construction or trade-based businesses Understanding of multi-line item quoting and variations Please include examples of Go High Level automations or integrations you have built previously.
