GHL Specialist Needed – WhatsApp Automations for Outbound AI Sales Agent

We’re an AI solutions agency deploying outbound AI sales agents, and we’re looking for a GoHighLevel (GHL) specialist who actually knows what they’re doing with WhatsApp automations. This is not a “watch-a-YouTube-video-and-wing-it” role. We want someone who has built, tested, and deployed WhatsApp flows in GHL for outbound use cases. What We Need Help With Setting up WhatsApp automations inside GoHighLevel Connecting WhatsApp (Twilio, Meta WhatsApp API, or similar) Building outbound message sequences (first touch, follow-ups, replies, handoff) Logic-based workflows (conditions, tags, delays, replies, booking links, etc.) Integrating WhatsApp flows with an AI sales agent (lead engagement + qualification) Ensuring compliance and best practices (no cowboy spam setups) You’re a Good Fit If You: Have proven experience with GoHighLevel Have already built WhatsApp automations (outbound, not just inbound support bots) Understand sales workflows, not just tech Can explain why a flow is built a certain way (not just click buttons) Communicate clearly and don’t disappear mid-project IMPORTANT – How to Apply To be considered, you must include: Examples of WhatsApp automations you’ve built Written explanations are fine Screenshots are highly preferred (blur client data if needed) A brief breakdown of: What the automation did What tool stack was used (Twilio, Meta, etc.) Whether it was inbound, outbound, or both Your level of experience with GoHighLevel (months/years + type of projects) If you don’t include examples, we won’t respond.
