Job Title: Senior GoHighLevel (GHL) Developer – Advanced CRM, Automations & AI Agents

Job Description: I’m looking for a senior-level GoHighLevel expert (individual freelancer only, not an agency) to build and optimize a high-level CRM system for a real estate wholesaling business. This is an advanced GHL build, not a beginner setup. You must have proven experience with complex workflows, AI integrations, and CRM automation. Scope of Work Includes: • GoHighLevel account & pipeline setup • Advanced workflows (lead intake, qualification, routing) • AI chatbots (SMS & web) • AI voice agent integration (appointment setting & follow-up) • Webhooks, APIs, and third-party integrations • CRM duplication and scaling logic • Ongoing optimization & bug fixing REQUIREMENTS (Must-Have): • 2+ years of GoHighLevel experience • Can clearly explain workflows, triggers, and logic • Experience with AI voice/chat agents inside GHL • Comfortable working with milestones & escrow • Willing to do weekly demos/screenshare updates • Fluent English communication NOT A FIT IF YOU: • Require upfront payment before work is delivered • Cannot show past GHL builds (screenshots or demo) • Are vague or say “Yes I can do everything” • Push to move communication off Upwork immediately Payment Structure: • Fixed-price contract • Milestone-based payments ONLY • Payment released after deliverables are verified inside GHL To Apply (Required): Please answer: 1.
