Core Duties & Responsibilities Cleaning & Sanitation: Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing floors/surfaces, cleaning windows, and sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers). Room Upkeep: Making beds, changing linens, tidying rooms, and removing trash/recycling. Supply Management: Monitoring, stocking, and restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries. Equipment Care: Cleaning, storing, and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools. Reporting: Notifying supervisors of damages, maintenance needs, or safety issues. Additional Duties (May Vary by Setting) Hospitality: Greeting guests, managing deliveries, and providing customer service. Laundry: Washing, ironing, and folding clothes and linens. Errands: Grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, or other household errands. Kitchen Help: Assisting cooks or preparing simple meals in some roles. Key Skills & Qualifications Physical Ability: Stamina to stand, bend, lift (up to 20-35 lbs), and work for extended periods. Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in cleaning and organization.
