About the Position: We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in preparing a wide range of beverages, providing excellent service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and customer requests • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner • Manage cash and card transactions accurately • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow all safety and compliance guidelines • Assist with inventory, restocking, and opening/closing duties • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations Requirements • Previous bartending experience is required • Reliable transportation to and from work • Must provide a valid police record as part of the hiring process • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Must be 20+ • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
