AI Voice Receptionist Engineer (ElevenLabs / Twilio / Calendar Booking)

I run a small AI services company that provides AI voice receptionist systems for service-based businesses (starting with plumbing companies). I’m looking for a skilled engineer to build, configure, and maintain AI phone agents that can: – Answer inbound calls naturally – Handle common customer questions – Book appointments into calendars (Google Calendar / Cal.com) – Cancel or modify appointments when needed – Route or escalate calls if required Tech stack (flexible, but preferred): – ElevenLabs (voice) – Twilio or similar telephony provider – n8n (or comparable automation tool) – Calendar APIs (Google Calendar / Cal.com) – Webhooks & basic backend logic This is not a one-off experiment. I am building a repeatable service and need someone who can: – Deliver clean, reliable implementations – Follow documented flows – Make small adjustments per client – Help troubleshoot issues when needed I handle sales, client communication, pricing, and onboarding. Your role is technical delivery only. Scope will start small (1–2 agents) and expand if the collaboration works well. Looking for someone reliable, communicative, and comfortable working with real clients behind the scenes.
