We're launching a new YouTube project that publishes simple AI-assisted crypto videos. I need a reliable VA-style operator who can own the weekly content pipeline: titles → scripts → HeyGen video production/export. Thumbnails and YouTube uploading are handled by other team members. Core Responsibilities: ----------------- Title ideation (packaging): Generate 15-25 title ideas/week (scalable) Write the video scripts using AI (Claude) Write scripts typically about 4000 words long. This is easy to do with AI. Strong hook in first 10 seconds, retention-friendly structure, clear sections Educational tone with compliance-friendly language (e.g., not financial advice and no guaranteed returns) Include a soft, non-spammy CTA that points viewers to to our course HeyGen production + export: ----------------- Build videos in HeyGen from the approved script using my template/guidelines Export final MP4s with the correct naming Deliver files to a shared Drive folder and update the Trello bord accordingly. Requirements: ----------------- Hands-on experience with HeyGen (must be able to execute independently) Strong English writing and ability to write clear crypto content, without making promises about the returns. Consistent weekly output and fast iteration from feedback Comfortable using AI tools like Claude & HeyGen. But, the final output must read naturally. Here's where manual checks come in to plasy. Nice to Have: ----------------- Familiarity with basic crypto concepts (wallets, cycles, narratives, risk management) Understanding of CTR/retention fundamentals (titles, hooks, pacing) If the trial period is successful we can offer ongoing weekly work, e.g 7-28 videos per week.
