Discord Bulk Messaging & AI Bot

I need a self-hosted system that lets me broadcast and interact on Discord at scale while keeping my account safe. 1) Bulk messaging The tool must let me pick several servers and channels, then schedule batches of text, images and links pulled from my own mind-map files. It should respect Discord’s rate limits automatically so the bot or user token never gets flagged. 2) Content harvesting While it is running, it should listen to chosen channels, grab every post (text, image, external link) and save all of it locally. I prefer an export that can be parsed easily—JSON or CSV are fine, but I’m open to any format that keeps images in original quality. 3) AI auto-reply Whenever new messages arrive, the system calls the ChatGPT API with the prompt template I assign to that channel (temperature, system messages, etc.). Replies must be posted through the same token used for broadcasting so identity stays consistent. Tech & delivery • Cross-platform code in Python or Node.js, fully runnable out of the box • A sample .env or config file where I only need to paste token, channel IDs and OpenAI key • Concise deployment notes for local testing and always-on server use • Short demo video or screenshots proving the three core features work Speed is welcome, and if an existing library or SDK shortens the build I’m fine with that as long as the final result is stable.
