If you have successfully implemented AI-powered lead funnels, marketing automation, and growth systems, this role is for you. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Audit existing digital marketing & lead generation workflows Design and implement AI-driven marketing strategies Build and optimize lead funnels across: Google Ads Meta / LinkedIn Ads Email marketing Landing pages & CRO Implement AI tools for: Lead scoring & qualification Personalized outreach Content generation (ads, emails, landing pages) Campaign optimization & A/B testing Integrate marketing systems with CRM / automation platforms Improve lead quality, CPL, and conversion rates Provide clear KPIs, dashboards, and performance insights 🧠 Required Expertise Proven experience in Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Hands-on experience using AI in marketing (not theory) Strong understanding of: Marketing automation tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.) AI tools (ChatGPT, custom GPTs, Zapier, Make, Python-based automation is a plus) Analytics & attribution models Ability to think like a growth strategist, not just an executor Experience working with B2B and/or B2C lead generation ⭐ Nice to Have Experience transforming traditional marketing teams into AI-powered workflows Knowledge of custom AI agents for marketing operations Experience with CRM + Contact Center + Sales automation SaaS or enterprise lead gen experience 📈 Success Metrics Improved lead quality Reduced cost per lead (CPL) Higher conversion rates Scalable, automated AI-driven marketing workflows
