OBJECTIVE Bring the existing RootWise™ website, payment links, and product offerings into full alignment so the brand is ready to sell, scale, and fundraise without founder friction.
SCOPE OF WORK (WHAT REMAINS TO BE DONE)
1. Website Completion (Wix Studio)
The site already exists. The job is to finish and align, not rebuild.
Tasks: Finalize homepage layout (hero, product sections, CTA flow). Ensure mobile responsiveness (critical). Clean spacing, typography, and hierarchy Add/verify: About section, Product sections (collections only, no singles), Shipping / Returns / Ingredients page, Footer (links, contact, socials)
Ensure brand consistency (fonts, colors, tone) 1. Will Provide: Copy (or copy direction), Product names + scent profiles, Brand voice, Visual direction, Insert card copy, Photography guidance
Stripe + Payment Link Integration, Payment links are already created.
2 Tasks: Validate Stripe pricing logic
Ensure correct bundle pricing displays, Link Stripe payment links properly from the site, Test checkout flow end-to-end, Ensure confirmation emails + success pages are clean
Provided:, Stripe account access (limited), Active prices already set, Final pricing decisions locked
3. Product & Bundle Setup No complexity here — clarity matters.
Tasks: Set up bundle-only offerings (3, 4, 5 bar sets), Ensure correct product descriptions display
Ensure no outdated products are visible, Prepare placeholders for future collections (no activation)
4. Launch Readiness & QA Tasks: Desktop + mobile QA, Link checks, Load speed sanity check, Visual consistency check, Basic SEO hygiene (titles, meta descriptions — not deep SEO)
5. Handoff & Documentation, Tasks: Short Loom walkthrough of the finished site, Simple written handoff notes, Confirmation of what’s live and what’s staged
