I’m looking for a few reliable AI automation developers to work with me long term.
The work is about building real automations, not just writing prompts. You’ll connect tools like n8n, Make or Zapier with APIs, small backend code, and AI models like OpenAI. The goal is to take manual work that people do every day and turn it into stable, repeatable workflows.
You might build flows that move data between a CRM, Google Sheets, Notion or Airtable, send emails automatically, use webhooks, or call APIs to create/update records. Sometimes there is no API, so we need browser automation to log in, click, and submit forms on sites where the client is allowed to automate their own account. We also use AI in the middle of these flows to summarize text, extract fields, score leads, or draft replies.
You should be comfortable with either Python or Node.js/TypeScript and have real experience with at least one automation tool like n8n, Make or Zapier. You need to know how to work with REST APIs, JSON, API keys, and maybe OAuth. If you have already used OpenAI or similar APIs in a real project, that’s a big plus. Clear written English is important because most work will be async.
