About āera āera is building cognitive-performance infrastructure for operators in AI, tech, finance, and elite pressure environments. We work with teams at OpenAI, McKinsey, Google DeepMind-adjacent groups, and fast-moving AI companies. Our premise is simple: High performers experience emotional spikes (overwhelm, back-to-backs, pre-pitch panic).
