We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Program Facilitator to support a structured learning environment and help ensure students remain engaged, safe, and motivated throughout the day. This role is vital for maintaining a positive atmosphere during independent work sessions and recreational activities. Key Responsibilities Student Supervision & Support Monitor students during independent online learning sessions. Keep students on task and provide guidance as needed. Offer encouragement, basic troubleshooting, and support with navigating online learning platforms. Track student engagement and communicate concerns to supervising staff. Playground & Activity Supervision Supervise students during recess, playtime, and transitions. Encourage positive social interactions and ensure all safety rules are followed. Lead or assist with structured games and group activities when appropriate. Program & Classroom Support Support staff with daily routines and program operations. Help maintain an orderly, safe, and welcoming learning environment. Assist with managing materials, devices, and supplies. Reinforce behavior expectations and program values. Qualifications Experience working with children or youth in an educational or program setting preferred. Comfortable using basic technology and online learning platforms. Strong communication, patience, and classroom-management skills. Ability to supervise groups of children confidently and positively. Reliable, responsible, and committed to student well-being.
