Lead Data Requirements
• Collect email addresses of target individuals
• Obtain LinkedIn profiles for each lead
Hiring Activity Criteria
• Identify companies hiring for technical writers or technical documentation roles
◦ Limit to companies in Germany
◦ Only include companies that posted such roles in the last six months
Personalization for Outreach
• For each lead, include a personalized sentence at the company level
◦ Example: Reference the company’s products or industry (e.g., “I see your company creates pumps for food manufacturers”)
◦ Mention the company’s current hiring for technical documentation roles
◦ Personalization does not need to be individual-specific, only company-specific
