We are seeking an experienced automation specialist to build a complete content-scraping and AI-powered social media content pipeline. This system will collect real estate financing news—especially Fix & Flip loans, DSCR loans, and Boston-area market news—summarize it, and feed it into an AI engine that produces daily Instagram and Facebook posts for our lending business.
The final content must automatically be created as a new task in Wrike each day.
Ideal candidates will have expertise in web scraping, RSS aggregation, AI integrations, and Wrike task automation via API or Zapier/Make.

Deliverables
1. Web Scraping + RSS Aggregation
Build a system that scrapes and aggregates real-estate news daily from 15–25 sources:
• Fix & Flip lending blogs
• DSCR lending sources
• Boston-area real estate publishers
• General investor-finance and mortgage-market sources
The system should:
• Pull from RSS feeds where available
• Scrape content where feeds do not exist
• Capture article title, summary, link, date published
• De-duplicate sources
• Filter for news within 24–48 hours
2. Intelligent Keyword Filtering
Automation must detect investor-relevant topics:
• “Fix and Flip,” “Hard money,”
• “DSCR loan,” “Debt Service Coverage Ratio,”
• “Rental property financing,”
• “Boston housing market,” etc.
Only high-relevance articles pass into the AI stage.
3. LLM Processing (AI Bot)
Filtered articles must automatically flow into an LLM (OpenAI/ChatGPT/Claude).
The AI bot must:
• Review that day’s scraped articles
• Identify the single strongest investor-relevant topic
• Create TWO outputs:
1. Instagram-style post (short, high engagement)
2. Facebook-style post (expanded content + insights)
4. Output → Create a New Wrike Task
Instead of delivering to a spreadsheet or posting queue, the final AI-generated content must automatically create a fresh Wrike task each morning, including:
• Task Title (e.g., “Daily Real Estate Financing Content – [DATE]”)
• Task Description containing:
• The chosen news story summary
• Instagram version
• Facebook version
• Source URL
• Optional fields (if supported): Tags, Folder, Assignee, Priority
• Wrike API / Zapier / Make integration must be fully configured
5. Documentation & Handoff
• Full workflow architecture documentation
• Instructions for modifying sources, prompts, or frequency
• Support for a short onboarding session with our team
