We are seeking a full-service development partner to design the sitemap, produce a complete development project document (PRD), and implement a global, multi-service platform with deep automation and multilingual content for VAMOS Academy and Linguas. The partner will own discovery, documentation, UX/UI, engineering, ERP integration, dashboards, QA, and rollout.
Goals
Website translations: Translate the entire site into as many languages as feasible, expand to other locales prioritized by market impact).
Teaching catalog: Offer language education in Spanish, English, and Chinese (in-person immersion and online, plus corporate, kids, vocational).
Diversification: Include legal, real estate, immigration, tours & experiences, translation/interpretation, and corporate consulting.
Automation: Seamless enrollment, payments, dashboards, and ERP workflows via Zoho One.
UX/UI uniqueness: Fast-loading, schema.org everywhere, multilingual SEO, and optional VR/AR elements.
Scalability: Partner schools via multisite folders (e.g., /toronto) with role-based dashboards and HQ oversight.
Internationalization and localization
Language coverage: Global site translated to many languages; core teaching products limited to Spanish, English, Chinese.
Hreflang and routing: Locale-aware routing, manual language switcher, hreflang per page version; avoid automatic redirection that harms SEO.
Content layers: Separate translatable copy from product data (offers, schedules, pricing); support locale-specific content blocks and compliance notices.
Multi-currency: Price display and checkout in local currencies; tax/VAT rules by region.
Search and discovery: Locale-aware search indexing; filters remain consistent across translations.
Operational notes: Translation memory, glossary, and QA workflows; prioritized rollout by traffic and revenue; fallbacks for partially translated pages.

Sitemap and page architecture: Define page types, template hierarchy, and counts for core site plus partner microsites; enforce schema.org models across pages.
PRD and development plan: Document user journeys, requirements, integrations, data models, acceptance criteria, and phased roadmap.

Back-end: Secure application layer, APIs, background jobs.

Multisite: Partner folders with localized content and permissions.
SEO: Hreflang, canonicalization, sitemap index, schema.org..
Enrollment funnel (teaching catalog context)
Flow: Discover → select language (Spanish/English/Chinese) → choose format/location → comprehensive CEFR-aligned level test → placement → enroll → pay → dashboard access.
CEFR test: Reading, writing, speaking, listening; automated placement with human override.
Payments: Multi-currency, deposits, installments, vouchers, refunds; idempotent webhooks and reconciliation.
Acceptance criteria (extract)
Translations: Minimum Spanish/English/Chinese at launch; scalable translation framework for additional languages.
