Are you detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and passionate about safety? We’re looking for dedicated Alarm Monitoring Dispatchers to join our team!

As a dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the swift and efficient response to alarm signals, helping to protect people, property, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor incoming alarm signals and assess the situation to determine appropriate response
• Dispatch emergency services (police, fire) as needed
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams
• Maintain detailed logs of all alarm activity and responses
• Provide customer support during alarm events, ensuring all concerns are addressed in a timely manner
• Follow all company protocols and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a dispatch or monitoring role preferred, but not required
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer skills
• Shift availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
