Regional Manager

POSITION SUMMARY The Regional Manager – North oversees all departmental operations for The Fitness Connection’s Freeport region, providing leadership across sales, warehouse, customer service, order coordination, finance support, and administrative functions. This role ensures that every Freeport department executes daily tasks to standard through the responsible team leads, maintains operational accuracy, delivers strong customer service, achieves sales targets, and upholds company values and SOPs. The Regional Manager – North serves as the central accountability and culture leader for the region, with authority over HR functions, scheduling, performance management, and cross-department coordination for all Freeport-based employees. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and works closely with the CEO on key initiatives.
