The Customer Care Officer reports to the Customer Care Supervisor and serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers, delivering high-quality customer service while providing operational support to ensure efficient daily operations.

Receive and manage all incoming calls and dispatch as required
Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and protocols
Log all incoming and outgoing mail to ensure accountability and accurate record-keeping
Assist customers with account verification, new account setup, locked accounts, and other account-related matters
Ensure Know Your Customer (KYC) updates are completed accurately and in a timely manner
