Home Fabrics is seeking a reliable and detailed-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a variety of tasks.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Credit Card Reconciliations, Creating and maintaining spreadsheets, Data Entry and database management, Preparing Quotes, Drafting and managing correspondence, General Administrative support.
Requirements include proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word), strong organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines, and prior administrative experience is an asset. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus, but not mandatory.
