Duties include: Greet customers as they arrive at the restaurant. Answer questions regarding menu items and ingredients. Serve orders by picking up and delivering patrons' choices from bar and kitchen. Direct and supervise the service team to ensure that all duties are performed as per standards. Monitor & ensure F & B service operations are running smoothly. Coordinate staff for special events and assist with promotions. Ensure proper organization, planning and control of supplies. Address customer complaints and questions and find solutions to their problems. Cost control, inventory, training.
