The Restaurant Manager will oversee and coordinate the restaurant operation of the Yacht Club. This position will manage the leadership strategy and execution as it pertains to new business development in accordance with hotel standards and guidelines and will ensure that the highest degree of quality guest care is always maintained in the Yacht Club.
Restaurant Manager will LIVE-ON island for 5 weeks at a time, and go back home for 1 week. While on island, schedule will be 5 days a week, with 2 days off.
Some responsibilities include:
Provide courteous, personalized, attentive, sincere, consistent Guest Service by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests & complaints using Guest Service skills
Identify ways of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our service to guests by actively participating with you team
