POSITION SUMMARY: The Island Operations Specialist is responsible for delivering industry-leading hospitality standards to maintain upkeep, safety, and cleanliness on the Destination. This role is accountable for the detailed identification, reporting, execution, and follow-up for maintenance for the public spaces, seating areas, restrooms, signage, umbrellas, beach loungers, and back-of-house operations. By providing general support and responding to callouts and maintenance issues from Operations Management and other Leadership from other divisions.
