Provides professional, courteous service to owners/guests, internal and external at all times. Signs in and out for master keys, radios and other communication equipment. Follows safety procedures when using cleaning agents. Cleans stairwells and Breezeways daily or as scheduled. Cleans and restock linen closets. Cleans and polishes elevators. Clears garbage bins in rooms and hallways. Assists with moving furniture and appliances in rooms. Cleans tops of armoires, refrigerators and high areas in villas. Answers radios efficiently and to department standards. Cleans fans, vents drop lights and light fixtures. Assists with cleaning sliding doors, frames and windows. Strips beds. Delivers special requests items, roll-a-ways, high chairs and cribs. Collects soiled linen from villas. Returns all keys and radios at the end of shift.
