Main Duties and Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize pots, dishes, silverware and other utensils used in the kitchen according to standards. Utilize correct cleaning agents for designated items according to standards. Keep pots and pan storage racks clean, including surrounding counters, walls and closets. Clean all floor areas in the kitchen, dining room, and other back-of-the-house areas using prescribed chemicals, supplies and equipment. Clean all mobile and stationary equipment including mats. Ensure items are air dried before storage and maintain organization of supply/storage closets. Store wares in neat fashion and rotate stock so that all items are used regularly. Remove trash to dumpster, empty and clean containers and compactors according to standards. THE IMPACT OF THIS ROLE To provide full support to the whole operation by coordinating and leading the Butler Service Department to ensure consistency in service delivery while paying attention to details to ensure a smooth operation in the department.
