We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our airline's support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with reservations, flight information, and other travel-related inquiries. You will ensure a positive experience by providing timely and professional support across multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with flight bookings, modifications, cancellations, and rebookings. Provide accurate information on flight schedules, baggage policies, check-in processes, and general travel inquiries.
