Job Summary:

Develop A Sales Plan To Drive Market Share, Revenue And Ebit
Shapes and develops team through regular Market Visits & Team meetings and weekly one on ones
Daily/Weekly Visits to Key Hotel & Premium Customers
Responsible for developing the business plan for BAT, Hotels, & Premium accounts in coordination with Supplier & Trade Marketing (numerical distribution, assortment, draught/dispenser placement, visibility, channel programs, brand programs, promotional plan, etc.);
Audits & Ensures proper implementation of the defined PICOS (Picture of Success) by channel/customer;
Responsible for the implementation and execution of EOE (Excellent Omnichannel Execution) standards;
Leads negotiations with Key Accounts to drive market share, revenue and Ebit;...
