Central Bank Apprentice Programme (CBAP)
We seek (6) qualified undergraduates, for a well-rounded introduction to a career in central banking. Over the next two years, expect to be exposed to at least four separate areas in Central Bank operations, including information technology, financial sector regulations and policy, payments systems, monetary policy and exchange controls.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
The program provides talented university graduates with little to no experience in entry-level employment in central banking, public policy, and financial regulation.
Candidates can contribute to work streams within the Central Bank’s strategic plan and core operations through six-month rotational work assignments and collaborative group projects.
