Client Services Coordinator
Seeking an energetic individual with a dynamic personality to join our team. This position involves accurate appointment booking, checking in and out guests, managing customer service communications via email, social media and telephone, among other administrative duties.
Strong customer service skills, attentive to details, team player, multi-tasking, problem solving, time management, sales and excellent communication skills both oral and written, are essential skills for this job. In addition to being able to work in a fast paced environment. Working Saturdays is a must (no more than 5 days required weekly). Hours are 9am to 6pm with an hour for lunch
