Job Summary:
To assist the Human Resources Manager with various Human Resources projects, personnel concerns, and policy enforcement regarding employees in the organization. He/She will provide administrative, operational, and functional assistance to the Human Resources Manager.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensures that human resource strategies align with organizational business objectives.
Maintains the work structure by revising requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Evaluates human resources processes and strategies to determine improvements to be made and report findings to the Human Resources Manager.
Manages employees in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and are in compliance with the company’s procedures.
