Job Description

Job Title: Analyst 

Intermediary and Market Conduct Unit

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform supervision in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Prepare internal reports, letters and correspondences
  • Follow up and resolution of intervention actions resulting from supervisory work
  • Ensures that accurate and up to date information is maintained for licences
  • Review and recommends license renewals and new applications for licenses
  • Contributes to continuing development of supervisory methodology, policies and practices
  • Provides information to licenses and the wider public, and handles complaints and queries 

Special Knowledge and skills:

  • Through knowledge of insurance products
  • Ability to review and analyze financial statements
  • Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and multi task
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills


Position requires a university degree in business administration or an insurance or other relevant designation.


This position requires 3 to 5 years of working experience in the insurance industry or in financial services supervision.
